This is a monthly subscription product. By purchasing, you agree to have your nominated payment method billed on a recurring monthly cycle. You can update your details or cancel your subscription at anytime by logging into your customer account. Monthly subscriptions renew at the same time on the same day each month, so if you signed up on Jan 8th, you’ll be billed again on Feb 8th.
Shipping is included in the price of Moon Mail Club (no additional charge for international customers!) and is sent untracked, in a stamped envelope. Please allow approx 1 week for your mail to arrive within Australia, and 2-3 weeks for international.
Moon Mail is sent out on the last business day of every month, so sign up anytime before that to receive the current month’s mail.
